The Kendall County Sanitarian Inspector protects the health and safety of the community through education and enforcement of food establishment regulations.
The upload of inspections will be delayed until December 1st, 2025, due to issues with the software.
Establishments are inspected routinely to promote compliance with the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER).
Notice: For a temporary food establishment permit issued for a single event that is held weekly, the permit will be honored or valid for two consecutive events at the same location during the two-week period. The fee will be $25 for same two week period or time frame. This is an addition to the current Temporary Food Establishment requirements.
